About This Game

This title is part of the HELP: THE GAME Compilation. In the game, you control a young man managing a farm following the death of his parents during an attack. The gameplay involves using seeds and basic tools to clear land, till the soil, water plants, and harvest crops. As an orphan who has survived recent hostilities, you aim to revitalize your family's farm and the local community. Each day requires you to expand your operations by clearing more debris, tilling more ground, crafting tools, planting seeds, and gathering crops. You can donate your harvest to neighbors who send letters requesting specific items; fulfilling these requests rewards you with new seeds. The experience focuses on coping with life's pressures and finding joy in nurturing life rather than simply winning. Since the field layout is randomized every time and there is no save feature, every playthrough offers a distinct challenge. Key features include revitalizing the farm, restoring color to the world as you progress, utilizing and crafting six specialized tools like hoes and axes, growing 12 varieties of plants earned through community help, managing your time efficiently before nightfall, completing favor quests via letters from locals, enjoying endless gameplay once the farm is restored, and facing a unique randomized field layout in every session. The development team includes Andrew John Smith, Andrew Robert Roper, Steven Hatchard, Andy Grier, Aron Durkin, and Jake Briggs.
