About This Game

Astro Lords: Oort Cloud is a free-to-play, science-fiction MMORTS that seamlessly integrates construction management with click-and-drag artillery combat and strategic features such as espionage, raiding, and exploration. Powered by Unity 3D, the game offers a visually rich experience. You assume the role of an Astro Lord, governing your own asteroids on the solar system's fringes, where you must battle other players for dominance and fend off a mysterious alien invasion. Building is central to gameplay; you develop your home asteroid with facilities like mines and factories, gathering or stealing resources to fuel your expansion. You can colonize empty asteroids or capture enemy ones, utilizing the game's unique moving bases on a spherical map to maneuver, explore nebulae, or chase foes. Combat involves recruiting up to six Captains from seven classes, customizing them with over 50 skills, and controlling them in real-time artillery battles reminiscent of Worms. You can also upgrade starbases and Captains with runes and artifacts. To succeed, forge alliances, send spies to sabotage enemies, and raid for resources. Inspired by classics like Master of Orion and modern MMOs like OGame, the game receives regular free updates.
