About This Game

Have you ever wished to alter the weather? In Cubesis, you can completely transform the climate from tropical to freezing. Leading the Cubies requires pleasing your people, which involves carefully changing the world as it operates like a fragile clockwork guarded by two gods, Ikjuch and Likael. These deities can be both cruel and generous, and it is up to you to decide if they will aid or destroy you. Embark on a challenging journey to lead your people through a charming yet unknown world! Cubesis is a turn-based strategy title with puzzle elements centered on the fragile balance of the Cubeworld. You must solve strategy-based puzzles where the path is filled with obstacles like the sea. Overcoming these challenges requires understanding what pleases the gods Ikjuch and Likael. Key features: Fragile balance: The core mechanic revolves around balance. Essentially, everything has a cost, and nothing is inherently good, meaning anything can be beneficial in specific contexts. Puzzle elements: Unlike other strategy games, this focuses on thoughtful gameplay through objectives like crossing the sea or collecting treasure. Winning a level usually requires planning your strategy many steps in advance. Editable terrain: Every land tile in Cubesis can be modified or destroyed, allowing you to dig through the world. You will also build dams, rivers, and canals. God Game: You will encounter the gods Ikjuch and Likael, the creators of Cubeworld who represent the laws of nature regarding sea level and temperature. They can assist you if you know your goals, as both drought and floods can be advantageous. Two campaigns: The game includes up to thirty-four enjoyable and challenging levels arranged by difficulty. You will begin with a tutorial, progress through an easy campaign, and finish with Likael's Revenge campaign.
