If you have the guts to face risks, storms, and claws, join me in Dutch Harbor! Every year, seasoned crews and novices alike risk their lives for a chance at fortune and fame. Now, it is your turn. In Deadliest Catch: The Game, you will participate in intense sea rallies to haul in massive amounts of crab. This is no easy task; you must fight against the clock, quotas, migrating crabs, and the unforgiving ocean itself. Your vessel is identical to the real ships departing Dutch Harbor each autumn. You will navigate through calm breezes and terrifying gales, managing a soaked deck as you ride the waves. You have access to all authentic ship equipment, including cranes, winches, launchers, and coiling systems. We will guide you through using them, but ultimately you act as both captain and crewman in first-person view to oversee every operation. You will also deploy authentic crab pots to harvest from the Bering Sea. Adherence to Alaskan law is mandatory, as not every crab can be kept. Use realistic 3D models to distinguish between valuable males, protected females, and juveniles. Scan the water and seabed to locate the best fishing spots. You will face off against AI and human rivals. Challenge your friends to see who can claim the title of the ultimate crab catcher by loading pots and setting sail to harvest your fortune from the deep.
