Assume the identity of Billie Lurk, known also as Megan Foster, formerly one of Dunwall's most infamous hired guns. Reunited with the legendary assassin Daud, your mission is to end the life of the Outsider, a god-like being responsible for the Empire's darker history. You will travel through the gritty underbelly of Karnaca to uncover the secrets of the Outsider's origins, facing lethal enemies, ancient forces, and choices that will permanently alter the world.
