About This Game
Acting as the prequel to Radon Labs' award-winning RPG, Drakensang: The River of Time introduces a unique storyline within the franchise. This story brings various innovations and features for experienced players and beginners alike, letting them dive straight into the fascinating medieval fantasy RPG scenario of Drakensang: The River Of Time. Starting in Ferdok, within Aventuria’s Middenrealm, the journey takes players along the Great River to the city of Nadoret. Numerous mythical legends surround this river and are integrated into the main plot. The narrative features more twists than its predecessor; as players explore different areas, their perspective shifts. Based on character choice and behavior, new opportunities and quest series will emerge. Living on a ship, players will encounter a wide variety of RPG quests. The game includes two new character archetypes, a wealth of new monsters and foes, and additional equipment items. Two new hero classes are available: the Geodes (rare Aventurian dwarven druids) and the Gjalskerland inhabitants (stubborn, tough barbarians). The game features an advanced expert mode and adjustable difficulty settings.
