Earth 2140

The year is 2140. Following countless wars and environmental catastrophes, the globe is divided between two superpowers. The United Civilized States (UCS) control the American continent, Western Europe, and North Africa, while the Eurasian Dynasty (ED) occupies Eastern Europe and Asia. Due to the destruction wrought by prolonged conflict, both regimes have relocated their populations into newly constructed underground cities.

Australia and most of Africa were lost during the decades of warfare. These continents were ravaged by highly toxic biological and chemical weapons, rendering them uninhabitable for humans and impossible for robots or machines to traverse. It was believed these lands would never sustain life again, leading to their removal from all maps and eventual oblivion for much of the world's populace.

Natural resources are dwindling and must be harvested from the surface. Numerous minor clashes between the UCS and the ED occurred, with the last one escalating into a fierce, bitter conflict—the final world war. Only a single victor will emerge. This decisive battle will secure the last remaining natural resources and determine global rule.
