About This Game

During your shifts, you must remain alert and investigate any suspicious behavior to shield your small American town from increasing criminal dangers. Off the clock, you are expected to visit loved ones and enjoy life to the maximum. Your conduct both professionally and personally influences your stress; if you dedicate excessive time to battling crime, severe pressure will build up and hinder your capacity to enforce the law effectively. Tasks include interviewing witnesses, conducting breathalyzer tests, closing roads for municipal events, deploying mobile speed cameras, and chasing criminals on foot or in specialized police vehicles. Gameplay features include rising through the ranks to handle riskier missions, a career mode with an optional realistic setting featuring permadeath, and balancing crime fighting with a social life. You can unlock and drive four different squad vehicles, utilize five distinct camera views while driving, and stay vigilant for suspicious behavior among Mountain Valley's citizens. Additional activities include performing breathalyzers, conversing with locals to track down fugitives, running vehicle checks for infractions like broken lights or illegal plates, ordering cars to pull over, and placing speed cameras or cones for traffic control. You can enter houses by kicking doors, using warrants, or knocking politely. You have the power to arrest anyone, but be careful of the consequences for power abuse. Personal life features include owning and decorating a house with appliances and furniture, buying a personal vehicle for off-duty exploration, and managing hunger by buying food. Stress relief can be achieved by watching TV, napping, or showering. There are over 200 unique mission variations to complete.
