About This Game

Assume the role of a manager at a small but developing talent agency. As you raise and instruct the newest wave of young pop stars, you will need to decide who to recruit and dismiss, who to reward during good times, and who to discipline when performance lags. The private lives of these young celebrities are intertwined with your business, and the existence of a pop star is not always filled with joy. Their personal achievements can translate into your biggest commercial victories, but their emotional breakdowns and public relations catastrophes can lead to financial ruin for your firm. You must also be wary of more than just your idols. The world is filled with tabloids, dedicated fans, and competing groups, all hungry for the latest scandal. There are many individuals eager to destroy you who are ready to use underhanded tactics, but try not to let it affect you. It is not personal; it is strictly business. Features include deciding how to handle emergencies including rumors, property damage, stalkers, or threats aimed at your agency and the idols you represent. Oversee relationships among the various idols in your group, handling cliques, internal disputes, and harassment. Increase your fanbase by changing your strategies and appealing to a broad range of demographics. Create hit singles, host concerts, and plan large-scale TV events and international tours to leverage your group's fame and generate income. Upgrade your agency's facilities. Begin with basic workspaces and rehearsal areas to make content and train your idols, and progress to owning your own cafe and theater to establish a consistent revenue flow. Recruit and educate staff members to assist with logistics and ensure your agency operates efficiently. Uncover substories—series of events and visual novel chapters, many of which are initiated by your gameplay style. Each substory can unfold in several different ways depending on your choices, often resulting in significant repercussions for your playthrough.
