About This Game

Online services are scheduled to end on August 31, 2026, at 7:00 PM PDT (UTC-7), with an offline version planned for release in Fall 2026. In the year 2026 AD, massive tectonic shifts caused global devastation, tearing South Western Tokyo into the ocean and causing the Tower of Barbs to rise. Under the watchful eye of Uncle Death, madness has spread, and your goal is simple: climb to the top. Start in your underwear and survive by any means necessary, taking advice from the skateboarding reaper. Rumors claim a sacred treasure awaits at the summit. Scavenge for weapons and armor, and consume mushrooms, frogs, and other odd creatures to stay alive or activate special abilities. If you die, you lose your gear, but death is not always the end. Use ultra-violent Rage Moves or Goretastic Kills to finish off foes when standard attacks fail. Engage in asynchronous PvP where dead players' data appears as formidable "Haters," or send your fighters to invade other players' games as "Hunters" to loot resources. Join the Tokyo Death Metro (TDM) to team up, raid opponent stashes, and steal back what was taken from you. The game features an all-star voice cast including Mark Hamill, Verne Troyer, Traci Lords, Daveigh Chase, and Jukka Hilden. VIP elevator services and multi-language support, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, are also available.
