The protagonist, "Tomoya Mikami," is a 17-year-old high school sophomore attending Sumisora Gakuen. Through his daily interactions with various girls, including his noisy yet kind childhood friend and a cheerful transfer student, Tomoya discovers his true feelings. What will these encounters bring to his heart? However, hidden deep within his heart is a painful past that constricts his chest. Autumn deepens, filled with various emotions.
