Rogue Port - Blue Nightmare serves as a modern action-RPG sequel to the turn-based title Rogue Port - Red Nightmare. Key features include complete controller support, the ability to acquire potent new skills as you level up, and finding useful items that unlock access to uncharted regions. Clearing a map of all enemies reveals a secret chest, and the game utilizes a day and night system with dynamic tinting for exterior areas. A dynamic music system is present in specific maps, and you can play a bass guitar to use the Song of Inversion and explore the Inverted Realm. Exterior maps from the previous game return horizontally flipped. Play an archery mini-game with various courses and rewards, and enjoy unlockables shared between Rogue Port - Red Nightmare and Blue Nightmare. Explore over 300 maps and five dungeons filled with bosses and hidden loot.
