About This Game

A recent free update titled Jingle Cells continues the saga of an escapee elf who crashed a sleigh into a wintery prison. To return home for the holidays, you must navigate the new festive facility, scavenging for unique items and crafting supplies to repair the sleigh and escape. This update adds a new holiday-themed prison, twenty new items, and a fresh leaderboard. In the main game, you are incarcerated again and must engineer an escape by any means necessary. You can choose to start a riot, dig a tunnel under the walls, or steal a guard uniform to blend in. The Escapists offers a unique prison sandbox with many items to craft and combine. You must adhere to strict schedules while breaking rules and avoiding guard suspicion by attending roll calls, working jobs, and hiding contraband. You will prove your skills in various challenging prisons across the globe. Key features include ten operational prisons with realistic routines, ten different job opportunities, and over 185 unique items to seek and craft. You can complete favours for inmates, interact with funny characters, and use multiple escape routes. The game includes multiple save slots, Steam Achievements, Leaderboards, and a Prison Editor for creating and sharing custom maps.
