About This Game
The Seeker is an action and stealth title placing you in the role of a small drone inadvertently awakened by debris hitting the EPC-221. The narrative starts following the Great Galactic War, a time when humans had to evacuate Earth, only to annihilate themselves due to a thirst for power. As The Seeker, you have awoken to uncover the reasons behind the GGW. You are essentially electronic scrap, a long-abandoned drone left isolated on EPC-221 after an era that wiped out mankind. You are now a seeker gathering evidence of the human race, on a quest to annihilate the malicious AI and locate your owner. Gameplay involves facing various obstacles, including other drones and alarm systems, within a level featuring random generation of elements while the layout remains static. These hazards will attempt to destroy you. You must find the exit from this mechanical inferno by accruing points and appreciating the scenery and music that embody the beauty of destruction mixed with robotic and human remnants. Features include massive randomness within levels; every reload alters enemies, items, points, alarms, cameras, turrets, and doors, ensuring a distinct experience. The procedural alarm system (PAS) escalates difficulty upon mistakes by adding doors and activating harder enemies, rewarding risk with higher prizes. There is full player customization, fully functional with the Steam Workshop for unlimited community skins, models, particles, and effects. A sophisticated upgrading system allows you to invest earned points into upgrades, weapons, charges, decoys, fake walls, and hacking skills to simplify your progress through the System. The developers are open to adding more languages depending on community contribution and translation assistance.
