About This Game

Upon a soul's extinction, it briefly traverses the Void—a grey purgatory animated by scattered droplets of Color. Voracious Brothers seek to preserve the soul, while cunning Sisters demand to be fed. Populated by an array of strange and often terrifying creatures, the Void evolves with every drop of Color utilized, meaning every action ripples throughout the entire world. Perhaps there exists another way to wield the Color, a path to shatter the Void's infinite loop. By nurturing Color in gardens, battling the realm's beasts, winning over the Sisters, and challenging the Brothers, the player might find the way to achieve ultimate transcendence. The game features 29 distinct chambers filled with secrets and twists. Players must grow, hunt, or mine Color depending on the environment to unlock new areas. Drawing on the screen is the primary method of action, with outcomes determined by the specific sigil and color used. Sisters, representing mixtures of two Colors, will open their hearts if fed. Grotesque Brothers offer wisdom only if obeyed; otherwise, players face difficult combat against massive foes. Color is the only resource, transforming both the player and the world; for example, storing Red increases strength but makes predators more aggressive. Strive for balance or watch the world react to your choices as you heed the Voice of Color.
