WORLD WAR II: PANZER CLAWS, alternatively titled Frontline Attack: War over Europe, pushes the envelope of real-time strategy gaming. Assume command of the Allied, German, or Russian forces amidst the brutal environments of World War II. You have access to an extensive array of vehicles and tanks, ground troops, and the ability to call in air support as needed. All these assets must be utilized to achieve the ultimate goal: Victory. PANZER CLAWS II: In 1940, France was overcome by the dark tide of war. During the initial phase of occupation, the French government surrendered and established a collaborationist regime. While the nation was under enemy control, resistance fighters retreated to the hills and back alleys. These brave individuals began mobilizing to fight against their occupiers and the misguided government officials. Panzer Claws II offers the player the choice between four factions in the conflict: the Germans, the Russians, the Allies, and the French Resistance. Includes both parts: Panzer Claws I + II! FEATURES: 3D maps improve the gameplay experience. Four campaigns featuring over 40 missions allow you to play as the Germans, Russians, Allies, or French Resistance. True to history, campaign missions take place in various seasons of the year, significantly affecting your strategies. True real-time gameplay: night and day cycles will occur during missions, altering light and visibility. 15 extra missions are available in Skirmish mode, along with 8-player Multiplayer via LAN and EarthNet. The intuitive editor allows you to design your own missions for single-player or multiplayer matches.
