About This Game
Zero Symptom combines survival and shooter elements in a first-person horror experience centered on a doctor arriving at the heart of a crisis triggered by a COVID vaccine trial. The narrative unfolds in the 1990s, in a forgotten outpost of post-Soviet Russia. While the vaccine functioned correctly for most, it mutated the remainder into unrecognizable beasts. You must investigate the silence of the previous physician and deal with the aftermath of his work. Whether you choose to halt the infection and treat the ill or doom the town to become a festering zone of disease is entirely up to you.
